The Motto

      The motto of the institution is “Tejasvi Na Vadhitamastu” which means “ From Darkness to Light”. The emblem consists of an open book with a flame at the centre signifying illumination, honesty and sincerity. It also consists of a lotus in full bloom symbolising purity of thought and action. The rays of the sun at the centre stand for broadening of knowledge. The primary objective of our institution is to develop the basic skills, character, personality and leadership, as well as social aptitude, environmental awareness and value orientation among the learners, that are very much wanting in the context of increasing value degradation and self-centeredness in the present day global society. Infrastructural facilities in the college were also greatly augmented in our college to keep pace with academic growth.

           • The College runs two streams - Arts & commerce. 
           • Teaching & Skill enhancement programmes by highly qualified faculties.
           • Sound developed  and Well maintained infrastructure
           • We make students aware regarding job opportunities.
           • Multi lingual culture Hindi , Gujarati and English
           • Outstanding extension activities : NCC & NSS
 
Weakness:
          • Less use of Audio Visual equipment for teaching purpose.
          • Slightly high dropout ratio.
Opportunity:   
        • To start other certificate courses namely Fashion Design, Nursing etc.
        • Upliftment of students by seeking co-operation from charity trusts and donators.
        • Encamping the skill and knowledge through proper use of audio-visual equipments.
        • Arranging various Co-curriculum activities for overall development of students.
        • Providing Job-opportunities though proper arrangement of placement activity.
 
 
 Threat:   
          • The Arts college face the challenge of getting low enrolment in first Year.
          • Medium  of study is changing from Gujarati to English.
          • Increasing low enrollment ratio in first year of arts stream.
